ORDER ACCURACY & BILLING

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
We are happy to offer custom and made-to-order items, including but not limited to wedding party orders, coordinated sets, and personalized designs.
Because custom items are created specifically for you, all custom and made-to-order sales are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Production timelines for custom orders are estimates and may vary based on fabric availability, order volume, and design complexity. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept these timelines.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all custom details (including fabric choices, quantities, and sizing where applicable) before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Custom or personalized orders are final sale.
