Shipping

    •    Orders are handmade and typically ship within 5–7 business days.

    •    You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade to order and created using your selected fabrics, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your happiness with your order is very important to us!

If there is any issue with your item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order, and we will review the concern and make it right. You have great taste after all and we have to honor that. 

**As each order is custom made, we encourage you to review fabric selections, sizing details, and personalization carefully before placing your order. You are welcome to reach out via email (tanya@felicityandi.com) or our Instagram page (@felcityandi_handmade) with specific customization and expedited shipping inquiries. We diligently try to reply with in 1-2 business days. 

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please email us at tanya@felciityandi.com with:

    •    Your order number

    •    A brief description of the issue

    •    A photo, if applicable

We will respond within 1 - 2 business days. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted.
